Another alternate for the 42158 Mars Rover, featuring a snow groomer with realistic features, excepted that it has wheels! Functions include transmission to fake engine and PTA with two pendular axles. The shovel can be raised and tilted. The cabin can be tilted and has opening doors. Several details are included: seats, steering wheel, mirrors, fluorescent windscreen wipers. The rear platform can be opened to reveal the underlying mechanics.
The tiler is raised together with the blade, via the chimney. The mechanisms uses flexs to transmit the movement toward the rear! The tiler is functional, the first and third left wheels drive the PTO. It can also be detached. The transmission is demultiplied, allowing the vehicle to drive on most surfaces despite the weak grip of the wheels. Tracks can be substituted to the wheel, offering a more realistic look, but lesser playability (I have not tried with rubber tread attachments, though).
